Weekend Visitors

We had the best weekend! 

Since I had a chunk of days off in a row, I convinced Kelli it would be a good idea for her to come visit.
She convinced her friends Blake & Loren to tag along! (and we're glad they did!)

Friday we spent the day garage sailing & thrifting...always a hit!

Saturday we ventured to Oakland to meet up with Matthew, who was flying in to speak at a hemophilia conference thingy. We hung out at IKEA for a bit before making our way over the bridge to San Francisco.

Blake was in heaven.

He kept signing "more" (bottom left pic) as he played with the kitchen...he wanted the water in the sink to turn on!

As Blake played, we sat around and talked.
 Soon after this picture was taken, Blake's (big Blake's) stool broke, and he crashed to the ground.
We (and a few other shoppers) got a laugh...poor guy, huh?!


As we waited in line to checkout...Blake played sword fight with Uncle Matt with that red duster!



Next stop was San Francisco where we ate on the Wharf, tasted chocolate at the Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival, walked to Lombard Street, cruised Pier 39 (and saw a guy walking around naked!), got stuck in traffic, had a stair jump contest (that Matthew dominated), and visited the Golden Gate Bridge. Meanwhile taking photos along the way.


Matthew drove out to our house after our busy day in the city to hang for a bit. And then we had to say goodbye and he drove back to Oakland. (Glad we were able to meet up Matt!!)


Sunday we went to church, had a photo shoot, then played dodge ball in our front room!
Poor Kelli got the worst beating of her life! Those boys play rough.
