Oh Blake.
You are SERIOUSLY the FUNNIEST kid everrrrr!
You constantly crack us up.
We are so so SO very happy you are apart of our family.
Here's some of your latest silliness:
At Costco the other day...we were walking down the cereal aisle and you were saying, "Keen! Keen!" Not seeing any Lightening McQueen stuff, I figured you were just saying it to say it. Then, as we got to the end of the aisle...I saw it...a Lightening McQueen chair sitting on the end display, barely visible from the aisle! So of course it had to ride in the cart next to you!
You say "bye, bye" to everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. We take your shoes off and you say it. When we are done brushing teeth you say it as we put the toothbrush away. You say it to the cars as they drive by our house. You say it to the kids as they walk to school. You say it to the water when we drain the bathtub or flush the toliet (in that case you say "Bye, bye poo poo!") You say it to your toys as you get ready for bed. And when we are shopping and you are playing with a toy throughout the store...you are so good about putting it back on the shelf and saying "bye, bye" to it without getting upset.
While playing the keyboard you sometimes sing along.
You are totally in to shoes. Your shoes, my shoes, daddy's shoes, or anyone's shoes...you don't care. You insist on wearing them all over the house. My favorite is when you wear my flat slip ons and clomp all over.
While picking up our Christmas cards at Costco...we walked in and you immediately started saying, "Keen! Keen!" again like you had the other day at Costco. Not seeing McQueen around...I figured you just remembered this is where you saw him before (because you are super smart and would remember something like that!) As we paid, you were "Keen"-ing it up and then I noticed the cashier's Santa hat had Lightening McQueen and Mater on it!! HA!! You've got some good eyes to have spotted that when we first came in!
When we drive in the car at night you like to point at all the dome lights and beg for us to turn them "ON ON ON!" (of course you ask nicely saying "Gleasse" (your version of please) and sign please violently until we turn each one on.) Once they're all on, it's then, "Off! Off!"
Blake...you are just too cute!!!
