Gramma Visits

Gramma - as Blake calls her - came to visit us for a few days and we are so glad she did!

Here's what we did...

7.28.12 

Blake woke up to a new friend at his house! Gramma gave Blake a Shake N'Go Buzz
(referred to as  "Gramma's air-pain!") & a mini police car & firetruck. Blake was in heaven!

 Gramma also brought some play food that was mine growing up...Blake was thrilled about the "birthday cupcakes" & pans...
until we relized there were no lids for the pans! Silly boy!

At Costco Blake kept us laughing with his silly antics! 

7.29.12

Today we went to the coast. 

We set up camp at Manresa State Beach...our favorite...and played in the sand until the sun came out.

Blake got to sport his new ($7) wetsuit and looked EVER so cute. 

7.30.12

Today we went to Raging Waters in Sacramento.
Blake didn't love it at first, he didn't appreciate the waves that splashed him in the wave pool.
And he certainly didn't like water splashing all over in the kiddie area.
Blake preferred to watch people go down the slides and explore the park.
He finally warmed up to the water as we relaxed in the lazy river in our inner tubes.

Today we met up with our friends -  Kambree, Cody, & Hallie - and played at the splash park.
This is really the first time Blake actually played in the water.

After an afternoon nap...I dragged gramma & Blake to my favorite stores....

And then we hit up our favorite local burger joint! Yum-MEEEEEE!
