Rustin had the opportunity to play in a hemophilia charity golf tournament on 8.13.12.
Since it was a bit of a drive we decided to spend the night and play in wine country.
8.12.12 Petaluma, CA
We arrived at our hotel with a promise of early check-in so we could spend the day at the pool, but
was denied...ugh. So we snoozed in the car until our room was available.
Blake loved the water...especially the "yittle hot pool."

In the evening we ventured downtown for dinner.
As we roamed around town, Blake had only one speed...run!

As we waited for our pizza...Blake found a drum set in a window of a music shop.
He stood there for quite a bit, insisting he "pay da drums!"
Poor kid...the shop was closed.
8.13.12 Sonoma
Today we dropped Rustin off at the Sonoma Golf Club while Blake & I head off to Train Town.
Blake was in heaven, running through the train cars & watching other kids run around.
My favorite part of the day was sitting on the mini train watching Blake hold his
train tickets so proudly as he waited. He was very quiet during the train ride...taking it all it.
He rode with his little tongue hanging out the whole time. {heart} him!!
The train ride stopped halfway through in a mini-town where Blake used
the outhouse & spent a little time in the slammer!
Blake also rode his first roller coaster...he kept calling it "da nudder train" (the other train) as we waited for the ride to start. As the "nudder train" picked up speed...Blake's excitement turned to tears..."Too fast! All done!!" was all he could say. Poor guy!

After Train Town, we hit up a local thrift shop...where Blake scored a sweet concrete/dump truck.
He was so cute placing it on the counter & giving the cashier his dollar bill. He is such a little man now!
While we waited for Rustin to finish golfing...Blake & I melted in the heat of downtown Sonoma.
As we waited I noticed Blake wasn't moving his head/neck. He was fussy & not himself.
SCARY! He was acting like he had that scary night in November, 2010.
I rushed back to the golf course, explaining to Rustin how Blake was acting
& that we were probably heading to Oakland Children's.
When we met up with Rustin, Blake was still acting weird at first...then as he ran around the club house, he snapped out of it...moving his neck & acting totally normal. SCARE-REEEEE!

Since Blake was feeling fine...he took us for a spin around the beautiful Sonoma golf course!
