Our Day

(1) Blake has figured out if he wedges the end of the moose rocker under the cabinets it doesn't rock and he can get onto the counter. Smart or naughty??! (notice all the dirty dishes on the counter? Blake now knows how to open the dishwasher, so we can't load it until he's asleep!) (2) "Baaaaaall!" (3) "Baaaath." (4) Blake is a climber...he uses just about anything to get into things. (5) In order to make it through the thrift store we always have to find a car for Blake to hold...and recently he refuses to sit in the cart and insists on walking. If I could only get him to not drive his car on the ground...yuck! (6) Reading a car book IN the cart! Have I mentioned Blake loves cars? (7) He found this Barbie scooter at the Goodwill and pushed it like he was riding it. Before we left the store we put the car back and he said, "Buh byeee caaaahrs!" (8) Sharing dad's protein shake...he gets so excited when Rustin blends up his drink. Then when it's done he runs to the couch and waits for a drink. (9) Found this cute little dress while thrifting today and just couldn't pass it up. Blake modeled it for a bit...he's gonna love this someday! Sorry buddie! (10) Found here...standing on his tractor...with wheels! He's gonna really hurt himself one of these times! (11) Driving his shopping cart around the backyard...still a favorite pastime. (12) Showing us his "Me" book.




Today I am grateful for the home that we live in...with the cooler weather here it's so nice to be warm and cozy inside.
